If you purchase Windows 7 from Microsoft Store it gives you an option to download compressed file or ISO file of Windows, after downloading you can use Windows 7 DVD/USB Download Tool which helps you to create a boot-able copy on DVD disk or USB flash drive for easy installation. Once the boot-able version is created, you can install Windows 7 directly from a DVD disk or USB flash drive.

Note: You must need to have a minimum of 4 GB of free space in USB flash drive to create a boot-able version on USB flash drive.
