The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, an Android based phone will be launching in India on 26 March. The Xperia X10 is an powered by Android OS 1.6. It features a 4-inch full capacitive touchscreen with 800 x 640 resolution display, 1GHz of Snadragon processor, 8 megapixels of camera with built-in LED flash, 1GB of RAM, 3.5mm audio jack.

The makers of Xperia X10 has announced that initially the phone will run on Android OS 1.6, but they will release an update to Android OS 2.1 in the future and the suggested price of Xperia X10 in India will be around $660 (30,000 INR).
