HTC HD Mini is a Windows based phone and is powered by Windows Mobile 6.5. It was announced by HTC at the Mobile World Congress 2010.
HTC HD Mini is the first Windows based phone which has capacitive touchscreen and is very small in size.
The features of this phone includes, Windows Mobile with HTC Sense, 600 MHz processor, 3.2-inch capacitive HVGA touchscreen, RAM and ROM are 384MB and 512MB respectively, 5 megapixel auto focus camera, Bluetooth, WiFi, 3G, GPS, and you can also turn your HTC HD Mini into a WiFi hotspot, just like HTC HD2.

Peter Chou, chief executive officer, HTC Corporation, said about this device:
“The demand for the HTC HD2 has exceeded our expectations, and the HTC HD mini fulfils a desire from some customers to bring the capabilities and experience of the HTC HD2 to a more compact design”
