Samsung has just announced a beta SDK (Software Development Kit) release of Bada mobile OS, which is a Samsung’s new open mobile platform. This is the second beta version of Bada SDK having version number 1.0.0b2. The final release of SDK 1.0.0 is expected this month.
This SDK tool kit will allow you to create your own applications for the new mobile operating system known as Bada. This OS will be featured in the upcoming Samsung Wave phone which will be Samsung’s first Bada-powered device.

The Bada SDK beta includes several components which includes, Simulator, sample applications, documentation, tutorials, an integrated development environment (IDE), UI builder.

The IDE of Bada mobile OS is based on the Eclipse CDT, which is a popular development environment used by many mobile developers, and the simulator gives developers a local test environment without the need of any physical handset.

Samsung Bada SDK Beta 1.0.0b2 – Download
The beta version of Samsung Bada SDK 1.0.0b2 is now available for download for all the registered Bada developer site members. The registration for Bada developer is free and open for everyone. You can register and download the Bada OS SDK tool kit for free from developer.bada.com, the official Bada developers website.
