Apple has released iTunes 10.5 for Mac and Windows. This is a public and final release of iTunes 10.5 and is available for download for all.
iTunes 10.5 brings iTunes in the Cloud which stores all your music and TV purchases in iCloud so that they are available on your devices anytime, anywhere and also at no additional cost. With automatic downloads, music you purchase from any device or computer will automatically be downloaded as a copy on your Mac and iOS devices. You can even re-download those app, TV, music and books which you have already purchased.
iTunes 10.5 final full changelog is as follows:
- iTunes in the Cloud. iTunes now stores your music and TV purchases in iCloud and makes them available on your devices anywhere, any time, at no additional cost.
- Automatic Downloads. Purchase music from any device or computer and automatically download a copy to your Mac and iOS devices.
- Download Previous Purchases. Download your past music, TV, app, and book purchases again, at no additional cost. Previous purchases may be unavailable if they are no longer on the iTunes Store.
- Sync with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5.
- Wi-Fi Syncing. Automatically sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes any time they’re both on the same Wi-Fi network.
Apple has unveiled iTunes 10.5 because the company is soon going to release final version of iOS 5 to public. In case you don’t know, iOS 5 is the most extended iOS update which will bring over 200 new features.
