Mozilla has released the second beta version of their latest Firefox 4.0 web browser and is now available for download for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux based operating systems. The Firefox team has also planned to release new beta version every two or three weeks.

Continued Evolution of the New Firefox Look – Tabs on Top

Mozilla has released another version of Firefox web browser for Windows, Mac, and Linux based operating systems, that is Mozilla Firefox 3.6.8. This release brings some fixes for stability and bugs issues which was found in last version that was earlier released on 22nd of July.

The Mozilla Firefox 3.6.8 includes more than 8 bug fixes, several security and stability fixes, and there are over 6 bugs which is expected to be fixed in upcoming release.

Today, Mozilla has released another version of Firefox web browser for Windows, Mac, and Linux based operating systems, that is Mozilla Firefox 3.6.7. This latest release brings various fixes for stability and bugs issues which was found in last version that was earlier released on 26nd of June.

The latest version of Mozilla Firefox 3.6.7 includes over 126 bug fixes, over 14 security fixes, and there are more than 6 bugs which will be fixed in upcoming release.

Mozilla has just released the first beta version of their latest Firefox 4.0 web browser and is now available for download for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux based operating systems. Stay tuned, as the Firefox team has planned to release new beta version every two or three weeks.

Firefox 4.0 beta 1 includes dozens of major features and improvements. You can test this beta version now and can also submit your feedback to the support team for improvements. If you are using the Firefox 4.0 beta 1 on a Windows PC, then the most noticeable new feature will be the look of the Web browser. The new UI changes includes, tabs has been moved to the top to make it easier to focus on the web content and easier to control the tools in your Web browser.

If you are on Windows 7 or Windows Vista then you'll notice that the Menu bar was replace with a single Firefox button making it easier for you to get the most used options with just one click. These changes will soon be available for Mac OS X and Linux versions.

Mozilla has just officially released another version of Firefox web browser for Windows, Mac, and Linux based operating systems, that is Mozilla Firefox 3.6.6. This latest release brings some improvements and fixes which was found in last version that was earlier released on 22nd of June.

The Mozilla Firefox 3.6.6 includes the update which modifies the crash protection feature to increase the amount of time that plugins are allowed to be non-responsive before being terminated.

The Mozilla Firefox 3.6.6 release brings a very small change to the crash protection feature which was earlier introduced in Firefox 3.6.4, increasing the amount of time that Firefox will allow a plugin to remain frozen before terminating it.

According to the official Mozilla Blog:

"Following the release of Firefox 3.6.4 we heard from some users, mainly those using older computers, that they sometimes expect longer periods of non-responsiveness from plugins, especially with games. For these users the default timeout of 10 seconds was too short. To address this, we increased the amount of time Firefox waits for a plugin to respond before terminating it from 10 to 45 seconds. This change has been made in Firefox 3.6.6, which was released today as an automatic update for all users."

Mozilla has just officially released latest version of Firefox web browser for Windows, Mac, and Linux based operating systems, that is Mozilla Firefox 3.6.4. This latest release brings lots of improvements and fixes which was found in last version that was released on 1st April.

Mozilla Firefox 3.6.4 provides uninterrupted browsing for Windows and Linux users when there is a crash in the Adobe Flash, Apple Quicktime or Microsoft Silverlight plugins. If a plugin crashes or freezes, it will not affect the rest of Firefox. You will be able to reload the page to restart the plugin and try again.

Firefox for Android is expected to be available in February

The Mozilla Firefox is one of the popular web browser and the mobile version of Firefox is still in development stage. Firefox for Windows Mobile and Maemo is also under development, and Mozilla is now thinking to bring a Firefox for the Android.

The development on Firefox for Android was started in December last year. German Firefox community website has posted a news that alpha version of Firefox for Android is expected to be available somewhere in February.

After reading about the Firefox for Android on wiki pages of Mozilla, it seems that the Android version of Firefox will only compatible with Android version 1.6 and higher, that means it could not work on the devices with Android version 1.5 and older. The features of Firefox for Android is not available yet.

A week earlier, Mozilla has released the third beta version of their latest Firefox 3.6 web browser. Now, they has just announced the fourth beta version of Firefox 3.6 web browser.

The Mozilla Firefox 3.6 web browser is built on Mozilla's Gecko 1.9.2 web rendering platform. It is more faster and responsive web browser than it's predecessor. It's fourth beta release includes more than 140 bug fixes that has increased the performance, stability and security. It has also been optimized to run on small devices like, Maemo and Windows CE.

This fourth beta version of Mozilla Firefox 3.6 web browser has been released to test for any issues and bugs by beta testers before releasing the final version of Mozilla Firefox 3.6.
